This coffee is a true masterpiece of Jairo Arcila from Santa Monica farm. During the 72 hours of dry anaerobic fermentation stage, wine yeast and strawberries were added, which is very intensely reflected in the final cup.

Yeisson Calderon has been focusing on special coffees and process methods on his 10 hectares farm for 12 years. All his effort results in such an incredibly stunning cup profile with notes of cardamom, cinnamon and peppermint chocolate you would never imagine having from Colombia.

The topography of Popayan region is perfect for growing exceptional coffee. The so-called Meseta de Popayan is sheltered by the Andes mountain range, which helps generate homogeneous climatic and altitudinal characteristics.

We collect and process all orders from the webshop every Friday at 15 o’clock*, and ship them on the following Tuesday.
